The free report does not give us enough information. Purchase the Classic Temperament report for $14.95. There are 84 questions, and you receive a ten-page report.

Part 2:

DiSC
Go to www.internalchange.com or click here and find online profiles.

We recommend purchasing the DiSC Classic 2.0 online version, however, you may want to check with your district office first.

When you have completed the profile, you will receive several report options. Choose download and save your report.

Save as "your name-date." This is a PDF file. You can now email this report to jima@westridge.com.

Part 3:

Spiritual Gifts & DiSC

Go to www.uniquelyyou.com or click here.

To purchase the Uniquely You profile, please follow these instructions. You may want to print this page before going to the Uniquely You web site.

1. From the Uniquely You home page, click the button in the top right corner. From the next page, click create an account.

2. Choose the 16 spiritual gifts and four DiSC profile option for $7.50.

3. On the confirmation page, choose your group.

4. Complete the payment information and print the page with your profile code. You must have this code to begin the profiles.

5. Go back to the profiles page and fill in your profile code in the quick start section at the bottom of the page.

6. There are three parts to the profile. The Spiritual Gifts Profile, Personality Questionnaire, and Opportunities for Ministry Survey. Complete the survey and save it as a PDF file.
